1. REQUEST A QUOTE
Get in touch to let us know your needs. We will arrange a site visit so we can get to know you and your premises
2. RECEIVE YOUR PROPOSAL
We’ll send a proposal with a list of itemised cleaning tasks, and give you time to review, consider and decide.
3. ACCEPT YOUR PROPOSAL
Once our proposal is formally accepted, you will be assigned someone from our management team to complete the onboarding process.
4. WELCOME YOUR CLEANERS
All staff are fully trained and have gained security clearance from the Federal Police and Department of Immigration.
5. RECEIVE ONGOING SUPPORT
Our dedicated site and management team will provide ongoing support including regular audits, to ensure our services always meet expectations.
6. INVOICES
Invoices will be issued once per month, within 5 working days after the last day of the month with 14 days payment terms from the date of invoice.

The time of cleaning and number of cleaners per shift depends on your requirements. We are flexible and can work during or outside trading hours.
As often as you like. The frequency of our visits will be scheduled in accordance with your budget and needs.
